Shared by everyone — these are the names in the Puller and Sales Rep dropdowns. Add anyone who doesn't have a Yard-Line login; for anyone who does, link their account and they'll be named exactly as their account says. Removing someone hides them from the dropdowns; every order they've worked keeps their name.
Puller puts someone in the Puller dropdown, Sales rep puts them in the Sales Rep dropdown, and ticking both simply means they do both jobs. Neither grants any access. What a person can change comes from their account role, set in Yard-Line under Settings → Users: Wholesale Office can edit orders and plant lines, while Wholesale Operations can change quantities, mark lines pulled and set the cart and notes, but cannot edit a line's plant name or size.
These are on old orders and lines. They are NOT in the dropdowns any more, so there is nothing to clean up unless one is a misspelling of somebody current — merge only those. A name here because the person left should be left alone: merging would relabel their past work as someone else's.
Saved on this device only. The paste parser uses these to recognise a grower name at the end of a line.
